i beg to disagree..in my company we have a 3mbps globe corporate line with 7 static ip addresses..for only 8k..so each cheap..

i agree with jhunax..isa ra ka static IP..ang IP makita sa imo PC is a private IP.
smartbro is blocking inbound ports..so you can't host your pc behind smartbro server. even VNC/RemoteDesktop doesn't work.

true. ang smartbro ang ilang configuration is naka NAT config na siya. kanang IP inyong makita kung mag ipconfig mo Local IP ra na sulod sa smart network (no router).
