Help about static IP adress sharing

i have a static ip address setup sa amo office and im planning to use a lp8187e usb wifi. i want to setup my usb wifi as a soft access point in our office so we can use a wifi in our loptop since the lp-8187e is capable of it. anyone knows how to setup this thing? ^_^ thanx so much!

murag iset ra mn nimo ang imong wifi sa AP bro.. nya makakuha na daun ug cgnal ang uban.. dapat pud pareha ang channel. f pc to pc ra adhoc xa.

ok ra na bro... static is for ur wan. kanang imo wifi ug wired sa imo na lan i the same subnet lang na sila aron di hasol configure

if i d same nko ang default gateway kay mwala ang internet. and dili dba pwede d same ang ip adress sa lan and wifi? if i auto obtain nko limited or no connectivity unsaon nko? thnxs for the reply bro!

sori bro... lahi ako pag interpret sa imo post da ganiha...

so ang imo wired lan maoy source sa internet connection.naa kay usb wifi nga naay feature nga pwidi mahimong AP in the same PC gihapon. in this case, i network sharing nimo ang usb wifi & all the accessing devices via wifi will use the ip add sa wired lan as gateway... just try... gud luck

connect your WiFi accesspoint to any of the available lanports....


Then you are set to go

uhmm ako settings kay router then a LAN connected to a PC has a static IP address since our router has set to give a static IP to every computer connected to it. then my wifi is a USB connected to the computer. unsaon na? thnxs ha
