for me:
I only do curL up 10x,
if kapoyun, tug balik...
then after maka mata kog maybe 15 mins,
kaon taman..
permi man gd mi isda tungod pod sa iring... hahayst..
bitaw exercise ra jud daug ana..
sahay: dagan2 ko sa oval sa abellana once a week.
habit hard to die this past few months na nako.
healthy living ika nga.

nothing beats cardio exercises. 20-30mins of cardio 3 times a week. eating right... lessen softdrinks and alcoholic drinks.
brad, pila kung mag enroll ka ug gym? kanang state of d art, dli kad2ng old school..
