i understand you...you see...for them it is not enough that you work for them...its like this...during training the company pays you and the trainer(as most of the companies do)...in short the compnay is investing in you big time...its a draw back if they would know that you won't be staying long with the company...if you were to invest in something would you want a permanent or long term investment?? same goes for them....

and its true nga performance based ang companies karon...but mas e prefer nila ang mas mu stay nila in the long run than just a passer by....

I dont see anythng wrong if a nurse would say 'saving for exam'. It gives them dignity. Come on! Why the heck you pursued nursing if your just gonna wrk in a bpo? Some bpo, especially cvg, they prefer nurses, why? They expect them to leave. Why? Less last pay and some dnt even bother to process clearance. And its a good way of keeping headcount.

^ Paminaw ani ni Lucky. If you tell them that you want to work just to save para sa boards, chances are, dili ka dawaton. Remember, one of the things ilang gipangita sa applicants is commitment. They will be spending on your training if they accept you. So if dili a mu-stay, ila nalang i-spend sa uban (na mustay nila ug longer) ang money nila.

if your passion really is nursing but would want to save up for your pre-requisites, go for a job that doesn't make you feel "enslaved"
