law is flawed is some aspects, IMO...minors shud be imprisoned for doing heinous crimes, but to a certain degree(time period & if possible ang facility sa imprisonment)..mura gud katoh naa sa Grid Iron Gang...hehe pro for petty crimes, i think ok na2 ang DSWD uie...e-implement lng jud ug sakto ang punishment ug e-educate ug tarong...

that's all bull crap. they're minors, yes, but they certainly are old enough to know what is right and wrong. these kids know that sniffing rugby is wrong, that rape is wrong, that killing someone is wrong. one cannot justify their actions by merely stating that they are just kids. poverty? yes, it's one of the factors. but a crime is a crime, nothing more nothing less. these kids should be responsible for the crime they committed.

life imprisonment? heck, why not? these kids deserve to spend the rest of their lives in prison.

sa akoa lang noh?!? mo suggest ko nga mo reklamo mo sa inyong barangay onya magpa setup mo og general meeting sa barangays. mo address mo sa inyong barangay nga problema na kaayo ang mga gang2x onya inyo nang ipadakop sa barangay ang katong mga suspected gangs.
