wala jud pulos ang mga "gang gang" sa mga kabataan ... mura ug mao na ang punishment nila kung dunay mag traydor sa ilang grupo ... dali kaayo mag pin point sa mga ginikanan sa responsabilidad nila nga wala, apan this is a product of a slowly disintegrating society! We don't care as long as dili kita ang ma biktima ... daghan man ni nga factors nag contribute ani nga situation, but I think that local LGU's and Police should do something to disband these groups before they become a full blown social problem ...
