hmm...kahinumdum ko aning soya milk way back in my college days dha ko tigpalitan sa miller hospital sa ilang canteen after swimming practise. naa pa ba ni ron?

maayo ni pangpa-duga hehe joke but i doubt that this s d best supplement 4 working out.. been drinking this b4 while ng gym but i didnt gain lean mass, though nutritious jd ni cya pero it lacks essential aminos.. and di sad ni cya pwde e replace as meal intawn makuyapan ka ng aswat nimo og kini ra imo e take.
Use soya milk as a meal substitute... do that if its in between meals.. like brunch.. or snack..
Replacing real food over liquids such as soya milk will... slow down your metabolic rate... you should know that.. its healthy.. but NEVER.. substitute your "solid" food to "liquid"
Its called as a meal substitute.. incase.. you can't prepare your meals.. If possible choose solid food over liquid forms..

its true that you'll need nutrition on your way sa bodybuilding.. but not totally..
if you are burning more than your intake then your doing it just fine.. or even better...
You'll have a fat burning furnace if thats the case..
if soyamilk is the best gym suplement, mao unta ni naa sa mga flex , muscle and fitness nga magazine...
sakto si krusade... i would prefer real food for breakfast and lunch than soya milk... okey ra ang soya milk substitute sa snacks or dinner ba kaha kanang b4 ka matulog...
kung weight reducing man gani, i wont take soya milk during workouts or other exercises but instead, i would prefer fit n right pineapple flavor kay mas effective for weight reducing..
