    4. quality wise it has some loopholes. a bit strict though not hard too hard. will eventually get used to it especially in the case of interruption/overtalking. gotta admit some info that u need to say can be too much when not asked for though u sort of get used to it. just follow protocols and goals will be reached. remember for as long as u follow procedures even to the point of getting your customers irate it is still possible to get 100% whereas customer satisfaction is different. not only do you have to follow procedures you have to make sure that cusotmers are still happy even if you are not able to get them what they want. quality may be a struggle in the beginning but eventually becomes easy.

    5. not too sure about the magic because bonuses are based on stats. attendance, compliance and qa. you can't cheat those. AHT and ATTENDANCE is logged. QA is either recording or side by side. recroding si tough to dispute but still possible. side by side can be disputed when there is something to dispute.

    to get the big bonus one must get near perfect stats which is not hard to get. i know a lot of us, most actually if not all are always able to get perfect or near perfect bonus before we got promoted.

    1. Nov26 of 2007 ko na hire for training. and i was under the XMAS bonus thingie they were offering. Diet Certification with sir bong was 3k. that was just DIET for 3days!. I did mention na bonuses at that time was BIG! it was INCREASING! but so is the time required before certification.

    2.my PST was only around 10-15k. I forgot pero dli sila kaau nangihanlan ad2. only 3 batches for that month ra. The reason why 28k PST Certification imo nakuha kay daghan nmn nag resign ad2 2ngud sa ka daghan DISPUTES!! minsan as minimal as 500pesos ang missing(it can go thousands). Even TLs Left!! my TL and my other team's TL both LEFT in the same month. My QA Ms IVY left napud. si Ms. Kathee Paquiao ra cguro nag stay! and thats JANUARY of 08. ma half man gud pag abot sa diet mao 2 team ang 1batch. ka2ng 3rd day certifiers and NOT. Even a pioneering Agent nga gi PIRATE[uso man sila mamirate sa uban Callcenters when they opened, ma TL, ma AGENT even OM!] from CVG as well left kay gi ilad sya. When she was pirated, she was told she'd become a TL or QA even if she only had 1 sem left before graduating in USJR[working student sya]. She is one of Team Mclaren, that WAS thebest team! She is now a TL in Teletech. she graduated last year March. She was Hired January, moved February. Ultimo Best team TLs LEFT. actually ni AWOL!.

    3.Training Allowance sucks! Hotel employees are NOT graveyard shift CALL CENTER AGENT TRAINEEs. when ba na sila nagkapareho ug level?? still not worth it. wla pa gyud kay insurance. They dont have any company inurance yet. Mobile Clinic ra gyud ang niabot sa medical exam. THATS IT.(coming from a big company)

    4.So you agreed?? Quality will bring you down!! and gamay ra gyud ang magpahutak. ka2 rang mga tao nga murag puppets in life. Cant understand basic common sense for the customers. mao daghan customers samokan. nagsalig ra sila kay wlay Customer Satisfaction Rating sa ilaha. You will just get the BASIC pay if you cannot get ALMOST perfect sa quality. if you fail 1 out of 5 sa QA maski by 1%. you will recieve 0% BONUS! as in 0%!. be happy with your BASIC PAY.
    on top of that. All allowances ARE subject to LIQUIDATION[pakita resibo worth sa allowance . travel or meal] or else, it will BECOME TAXABLE. hassle kaha mag tigum ug resibo... wlay resibo sa taxi aron masayod ka. ang jeep? naa?? wla sab noh?

    5.well you better check on your attendance... take note of your attendance then compare your pay. then check your attendance again after pay day and i can assure you, ALL RECORDS OF PREVIOUS DATES ARE ERASED.
    the only thing you could use to dispute is the record on the PHONE!.(forgot the name. basta dli AVAYA). and that would take MONTHS.

    thank GOD i left last week of February. Igo ra ko ni Certify sa OJT. Basically, Regular Agent na ko ad2. Took my OJT Certification Bonus, then left. cleared and all.
    The Funny thing is, after CLEARING everything last February. I still recieved 2 letters from EMAX by OCTOBER! asking me on why i went AWOL(what?!?!) and requested me to submit a letter of reasons. But prior to that, someone called in with same stuff. so I answered i am already cleared. That person told me to ignore the letter theyve sent. A week after the letter, I recieved another letter that I got Terminated??!? wtf! excuse me but i dont have business with them. so I called them and no one can answer directly. So i ignored them. kapish EMAX sux!
    I would NEVER ever include my experience in EMAX as my work history. I have Convergys na. that waaaay good enough experience to use in other call center companies.

    Dako ang sweldo sa Emax "IF" mag cge kag OVERTIME. dako ang overtime pay nila. PER HOUR 3figures and not %ekek of your pay.
    pero rates depends on your attendance sab. If patay gutom ka money, this will be a good idea... kaso i have to warn you. your health is at risk...

    more info. Regular working time here is 9hrs and 30mins. Including 1hr lunch break and 2 15min breaks. When supposedly apil na ang 2 15mins break sa imo 8hrs nga work. On top of that, sometime you have to stay longer kay naa pay meeting ekek. This company will eat a lot of your time. Sometimes, if galain kag sched. pabalikon pa ka after a few hours. or earlier next day.

    Id like to straighten some things. I never said that Rain is trying to trick us that she is a lady. Im sorry if i said it like a joke but my intention was just to warn them(possible applicants) not to get OVERWHELMED by rain's beauty coz she is indeed pretty and really looks like a real lady. And saying she's the conversation examiner doesnt make my statement NOT clear, maybe incomplete. thats what she does when i was there. Not being able to Mention that she's the current Recruitment Supervisor doesnt make my statement clear?? Youre somehow bragging...

    Id also like to add that I am not ignorant with US time adjustment. I never had the dispute over that since I came on the right day and at the right time. I do have callcenter experience and US times... including Daylight saving was part of our vigorous training. Even in Emax, We got that training too

    Im sorry if i looked like trying to target the callcenter BUT Operations TLs are part of the Callcenter. It is not part of the Client. Theyre the one fcking with the schedule. Even they, Work over the phone when the company is UNDERMANNED. claiming EMAX pays the client when EMAX could not provide the number of HEADS needed on the floor. Thats ONE of the reasons why a lot of TLs LEFT. That is not part of their Job description "said by my favorite TL with BLONDE hair. i think you know WHO i am refering". but they work over the phone too as well.

    I never ran after the premium. what hit me the most Was not not being able to attend the holidays because of work but the MAGIC i got after the payout. The payout didnt include the days i worked for eve of dec 24-25 and jan1-2. Thats basically Dec24 in the morning and jan1 in the morning as well US TIME. The schedule no longer showed it coz its regularly cleaned out - thats the most convinient way to hide MAGIC!! but i know and im sure it was there when i checked the schedule before work of those specific dates. And that was the worst time emax had... Operations made a lot of mistakes. thats why you LOST a LOT more than you could handle

    wanna know why? Coz she works with the HR as well. She's the one passing Stuff to US[trainees at that time] to sign. coming from HR and to US and vice versa...

    thanks for sharing, it seems bad experience pud na imoa... but like i said, everyone has, with different companies. most of the problems ako na experience diwi kay ang HR jud. si Vice ok ra pero iya supervisor wa jud klaro. dugay ra sila nangawala kay walay gbuhat, cge lng ug suroy2x sa mall. and nakatak2x nila kay reklamo sa mga employees. hehehe...

    we have about 10% attrition rate diwi sa emax... mostly trainees ang dili makalahutay the rest just has better offers. anyways, almost all, if not all, of our employees that stayed here are happy and i can say this kay hapit tanan man ako kaila. hehehe...

    if you read my post again i never said i received 28k but i just know it's true because a friend received it as well as many other ppl i know. and some ppl in my batch confirmed it with HR and the answer was that if it was being offered you will be told about it. makes sense after all it dpnds how badly a company needs employees during that period of time.

    as for QA i agree that someitmesit can be too much but then it's not too bad. just takes some time to adjust. and getting 100% is impossible. it doesn't mean we are like puppets because there are always ways around thins if you know how to answer and to ask questions to your customers. yea it's true that if you fail QA you will not receive your 'performance bonus' but take note perf bonus is QA and AHT alone. you can still get your MATA bonus which is based on your attendance and schedule adherance. all i can say is that it wasn't all too bad meeting the metrics. quite easy in fact. after all there all you need to do is at least get standard to get your bonus. if others can meet above goal then there's no reason for you not to meet at least expectation or even standard. if you can't get the perfect bonus at least get something!

    MATA liquidation. receipts are needed and yes if you don't it will be subjected to tax. and i will make a correction here. TAXI and jeepney do not have receipts but you need not show receipts for this. did you even wait long enough to file your liquidation? in fact for any liquidation you do you can just declate it as a taxi fare. (i.e. 4k bonus then you can declate 2k as taxi fare thats 100/day then 2k on food) heck you can just go at some fastfood chain and pick up all their receipts. usually problem solved. if not there are some companies who give out blank receipts.

    now regarding those work days. it is not emax that you should be mad at. it is CLIENT base. they follow the demands of the client. did you even know that the TLs all get their attendance logs for all employees from the US? because the security of this company is very tight. TLs have to ask for it. they simply do not have access to such info. and also since it is very tight all attendance are based on your login time on the phone which is US time. to change it to phil time do you even know how much work it will entail to the TLs? they have to log everything all over again and get a converter. so to do away with that eper went to the gov't and got it approved that they use US time as the basis of holiday credit.

    what do you man hotel employees don't work on graveyard shift? perhaps not training but they still do. min wage + night diff is how much? since you want figures then let's do figures. hotels employees during the day get an ave of 2.5k net. yes even if they have worked in the cmpany for over 2 yrs already for as long as they are still considered contractual. with night diff how much will that be? 3k perhaps? be reminded only 10% of your min wage is mandated by law. now your training allowance how much are we getting again?

    and oh lets not forget to mention the other perks of the company. aside from the possibility of getting 28k each month if you get to exceed the set company goal they also offer other kind of perks like lets say for example meeting an external scoring factor wherein if you get all perfect with that per month you can get what an extra what a few thousand pesos? then let's also not forget the mention their occasional perks based on attendance wherein major items like cameras and high end cellphones are being raffled to those employees who met the quality and those who did not win any major prices are still being given gift certs or movie passes. what about there was this time wherein everyone was stackranked based on months worth of performance and the top 10 were given IPODs and PSPs.

    yea i will admit the company HR is very uncoordinated and lacks cohesiveness but then fortunately most of us need not deal with them once we are HIRED by the company and once we have provided all our requirements.
