i heard na stricto kau na cla parte sa training sige lang tak2.. wa pa jud sweldo ang training allowance ra 150 a day, pero ingun sila kung ma move na ka sa product specific training naa na daw sweldo pero mao pud lage mag cge cla evaluate nmu every week kung kapasar ba ka sa ila standards

kaso training would eventually be longer. so dugay ang bonus. and sa floor. ang bonus nimo naa sa quality nga walay klaro. usahay, mangita gyud sila ug sayup maski gamay ra ug common sense kaau nga dli na need nimo i sulti ang nsa script kay ang customer mismo mu singit. alangan dli ka mu undang ga yawyaw ang customer??
tapos daghan magic. promise. daghan jud magic sa sweldo. sa ako team of 50 sa training[20 ra sa convergys ha!], murag 2 or isa nlng nagpabilin. nagmahay mi sa waste sa time. sa effort nga unpaid! ultimo ila TLs niresign kay wlay claro ang company. puro lies. hinambog sila nga sila usa sa una sa philippines. pero wla sila nipahutak pareho sa Convergys, Sykes, Etel, Etc.
gotta be the worst!!
ps. becareful sa ilang conversation test examiner nga si raine. ayaw ka ningning sa ka gwapa ug ka refine ana nya kay... TRANSEXUAL NA SYA! ahahha yawa. lalake kaau tingog kung mag binisaya sa pantry.. babae pag mag inenglish!!

NOPE! this is not true.
1. after diet yea they give out a certification bonus which they will tell you about and its no longer 3k
2. signing bonus aka PST certification bonus (28k) was being offered before sometime around late 2007. when you are offered it is given. it was the time they needed employees badly. basically you have to get HIRED by the company before u get this. and by hired meaning you pass DIET, PST and the OJT-ABAY which is about 3months after ur first day in the company.
3. training allowance may actually be less than the minimum wage per se so that it will be untaxable but then it still has a ++ that in the end you actualy get more than the min wage. in fact if you know how much hotel employees who get paid min wage are getting per 15 days u get about 2x that.
4. quality wise it has some loopholes. a bit strict though not hard too hard. will eventually get used to it especially in the case of interruption/overtalking. gotta admit some info that u need to say can be too much when not asked for though u sort of get used to it. just follow protocols and goals will be reached. remember for as long as u follow procedures even to the point of getting your customers irate it is still possible to get 100% whereas customer satisfaction is different. not only do you have to follow procedures you have to make sure that cusotmers are still happy even if you are not able to get them what they want. quality may be a struggle in the beginning but eventually becomes easy.
5. not too sure about the magic because bonuses are based on stats. attendance, compliance and qa. you can't cheat those. AHT and ATTENDANCE is logged. QA is either recording or side by side. recroding si tough to dispute but still possible. side by side can be disputed when there is something to dispute.
to get the big bonus one must get near perfect stats which is not hard to get. i know a lot of us, most actually if not all are always able to get perfect or near perfect bonus before we got promoted.

i think acecrystal did not listen to whoever explained the job offer. hehehe... in eperformax, the beginning is the hardest part. you have to reach your goals or tak2x jud ka and dali ra jud ang goals kuhaon unless magtinanga ka. its the same with every callcenter. customer service ra bya mga accounts diri cebu. once you get used to the calls, yano2x ra jud.
ang bonuses kay every payday jud ihatag unlike other centers na moabot ug 1-2mos ka maghuwat.
sa mga TL's, coaches, QAs or uban pa nangawala diri... 90% got terminated for not making their metrics, 5% gpang pirate... 5% other reasons. kasayon sa trabaho sa TL ug coach diri unlike other centers nga ang TL ug coach isa ra ka person. hehehe...
anyways, bisan asa jud ka... naa jud bati ug experience and its really up to you how you deal with the bad stuff. so far, mga agents diri enjoy man kaayo and most of them came from other callcenters like, convergys, etelecare, peoplesupport,xlibris, wipro, accenture, atbp...
