I'm sorry if i don't know about those "patakaran" that you mentioned. Maybe because i am just an ordinary resident here and have not undergone big time transactions with City Hall . And i am not ASHAMED if i didn't know those things because if i do, i would be the first to post it here. That's why i asked you to have it posted in details. But the thing is, i don't agree with Pelaez as the SAVIOR of Lapu-Lapu City.

When Mayor Radaza become mayor of LLC this City has a big change compared
before. Madam PAZ Radaza is deserving to become a next Mayor of LLC.
I hope you are living at Lapu-lapu. Yes it's true daghan na changes sa lapu-lapu but ang changes naa ra dapit sa mga commom places nga agianan. Major roads at 1st and 2nd mactan bridge and going to punta engano and going to MEPZ2 (kutob r pod diha. but if you look at the rest of majority of lapu-lapu wala gyuy changes. If i wud say it "probe lang gihapon". Inspite of the presence of the Airport and EPZA wala gihapon makagrow ang lapu-lapu as Lapu-lapu. Lugar nila Radaza and nindot. He should have done better to prove that he is good. I would rather give Pelaez a chance of a doubt since as a businessman he should be aiming for growth. proven na si Radaza. Iya ra ang gihunana.

Yes I agree. Pelaez is not the savior of Lau-lapu but I will give him the chance of a doubt kaysa mopili ko og balik ni Radaza.

The Radaza's has not yet convicted of any anomalies. Those people na ni reklamo is just the detractors of the current administration. You can't please everybody. Pelaez nasuko lang na siya kay naa man siya daghan mga bayranan sa city unya gipaningil naman.

Sayon ra kaayo pag alleged og person but lisod kaau pag prove. Si Pelaez og maoy ma mayor hayahay kaau iya mga business. Lapu-lapu has a big improvement compared before.

Mayor O helps to sell entire province? I don't agree bro... Maau na diay sila c Gwen Garcia og si Tommy O kay gitabangan niya si Gov. Gwen sa iya trabaho. Naselos lang na si Tommy sa Lapu-lapu kay nalupigan siya sa AIM survey bro.

no, i don't like to tag the word "savior". It is too overrated.

Yes, we can give Pelaez the benefit of the doubt if he runs for a mayoralty post coz he has conviction and certain principles, But IMHO, he better remain as a private citizen. With all the power and influence as a businessman, he can pressure the Lapu2x LGU's to do better. He can expose anomalies w/o even being part of the gov't. Like a watchdog as we speak.

So in this regard, why not think of other possible deserving mayoralty candidates other than him? wa na gyud diay lain pa? kaluoy gud sa Lapu2x...

Mayor Boy Radaza is not qualified to run anymore and if you mean to say Paz, and so do i. I can feel right from the start the Pelaez has something big behind his crusades. They are a family of politicians and it runs through their blood and it starts to boil now with SAVIOR kuno issue.

What can you say about the bad roads in Lapu-Lapu?

And what has Radaza done for it? Road widening? Rehabilitation of sidewalks? Garbage? Clean-up of the streets?

    How about the tricycles?

    ..

i agree that pelaez should remain a private citizen. do you think pelaez wants to be mayor of lapulapu? i honestly don't think so and if you think the pelaezes are politicians i think that is not true. think about the circumstances how the pelaezes became involved in government.
