What happened there has nothing to do with the local govt. The problem there was within.

let me remind you that even if PEZA companies are isolated and immune but if the business climate, resources, delivery of public service, local politics is no longer conducive, not to mention lapulapu's future problem which the locators are considering desalinization which is expensive, they will not hesitate to pack up.

What administration? Who else? YES, I know their sentiments and what they think because I rub elbows with these people in an organization and most are OUR clients.

If you are from lapulapu, you should know the "patakaran" there. If not, it would be a shame if you don't know how transactions are done in your very own city hall.

Why do you think Tommy O hates the LGU of lapulapu and the former LGU of Mandaue? It is because Cebu City is working very hard to sell the entire province as a whole but LapuLapu and Mandaue is doing a very good job to taint this image. A few examples are the computer scandal, the shabu megadome, among others. Not to mentions the JOINT corruption lamp post issue of both cities.
