Try to setup your modem as a router.
I think your problem is that right now its's only setup for your single pc.
Try this link.. if yor still using PPPoE

I connect directly to your pc.. disregard the Phone adaptor first .. then restart the modem by removing the power..

make sure that ur ip address is in the same range... ie 192.168.1.x... to check go to start>click run>type cmd>press enter>and type ipconfig... then see if ur ip range is 192.168.1.xxx.... if it is not, set ur ip address as static with the ip range 192.168.1.xxx....
