Pls help fellow istoryans saon pag add og extension sa phone if naa sa ubos then ganhan ko punan og wire para sa 2nd floor. kinsa naa suggestions about sa wire na itaod . og sa configuration naa ko nakitan 3 wires color is red, yellow og black saon pag taod....

another problem sa ako pldt connection is mag putol putol man... nya if magamit og skype bati man ang voice quality pls help.. any suggestions... thanks

the quality sa voice using skype or any other VOIP can be internet related.. maybe hinay ang internet nmo or basi timing ga download pod ka.

regarding extension daghan man baligya nga wires ana boss then palit nlang ka adto splitter niya para mas limpyo tanawon

go login inside your modem (if you know how)
go to the settings where you can see the following:
Local TX Power:
Remote TX Power:
Local Line Attenuation:
Remote Line Attenuation:
Local SNR Margin:
Remote SNR Margin:

Jot down the numbers/values of the above items.
Then call your PLDT customer service and tell them whether those values are within normal range.
If they aren't then you have a noisy line and can drastically affect the quality of your connection.
For your telephone extension you need the same cable the telephone companies use. it's a Cat-1 type with 4 wires, green/red/black/yellow.
