Best IT company in Cebu to retire

I'm a programmer right now in a not well known startup company. I'm looking for a company where I can
stay there for good until retirement. I heard Accenture/Lexmark/IBM has potentials but I just want to hear opinions from IT pipz on this one. Give me your thoughts. Thanks!

Kung long term, pangita ug company nga naa kaugalingon product like NCR. hehe. Pang long term nga company pero ang mga tao pang short term ra.

Just a piece of advice, don't forget to SAVE/INVEST while you are still young. Basin dili naka mangita og dream company, instead mag-early retirement naka at the age of 35 or 40.

Mao nang kng mglisod ky wlay mgamit kay unahon mn ang luho or ang wants. After a several weeks work, ok mn jd mgchillax wid frenz. Wt if simbako mgkinahanglan ka, motabang kaha silang tnan sa imng finances? Naa cgoro pero it wud nt b enuf.

IMO, this kind of principle doesn't not suite well nowadays... except gobyerno, wah na gyud siguro company nga pang retirement labi na sa IT sector... this industry is just so dynamic that you can never tell how it's going to be doing 5 or 10 years from now...

one thing to note, most companies now don't offer these "retirement" benefit anymore...

so sakto ng na mention sa taas, if you're thinking of retirement, just save and invest and let that money take care of you when you retire... ayaw nag salig anang mga retirement plan sa companya, og mas labaw na ayaw salig anang retirement benefit sa SSS/GSIS kay sinsiyo ra gyud na sa imong mga panginahanglan na puhon ig ma tiguwang ta...
