    Seriously though, ang abs kay muscles nga naa sa ubos sa imong fats. Para mugawas na, imo hilison ang fats. There is no supplement nga maka pa instantly pagawas sa abs, bisan asa nga forum wa kay mabasahan. What you need to is eat in a caloric deficit/ lower than what your daily caloric need is. You can have fat burners, but mostly are for appetite suppression and to give you energy while on a diet, not to give you abs.. A big help is if you do cardio (to help speed caloric burn) and/or abs routines. Any abs routine will do as long as you burn fat and train those muscles. If ganahan ka mutarget ug specific parts sa imo belly, modify your abs routine to fit your need.

    Again, diet + cardio + abs routine imong combo moves. Dili ni pareho sa computer nga mada ug up,up, down, down, a,b,a,b, select, start nya instant abs na.

    Best thing to do if you are getting focus abs..Avoid drinking cold water,Softdrinks, Juices and process foods. Maintain 1 rice 1 cup a day with lot of fruits to take.specially babana's, like example Eat 2 boiled EGG with Milk in the morning at lunch 1 Cap of Rice with banana's otherwise pwede ka mag cerial or oatmil pod..Crunch,Set up,Abs Roll..stay focus until you feel hurt on your Abdomen.
