    @freetaste yes dawat na jud tawn, honest lang jud kos mga interviews and I think they understand my situation that time man pud.. 3 companies hired me, namili kos 3 ka companies kung asa jud ang mas nindot para nako and I think I made the right decision and right now I'm happy with my training with my new company that I chose hehehe

    mag pa advise pd unta ko. im currently working in cvg. na dismissal ko kay tungod nasakit ko for 3 days nd wala ko ka call in. naa unta koy med cert. new ko dha sa cvg. eventhough na during training g educate mi to call in jud pero nko wala jd to nu sick in sakng mind. nag kumpiansa rakug txt sa akung tl na diko ka duty using mag txt. pero eay nadawat. ting bit kaau ku ato na tym na ultimo piso akung g daginot sa kaon. di mudawat akng tl sa excuse g tagaan rakug final date. wa nkuy mahimo. ga huwat2 nlang for this month. ang nag dagan sa akong mind karun if mu apply kog lain, wa ko kbaw asa mag sugod ug unsay e sulti during interview. naa moy ma advise sa ako mga bro/sis. need help. im so confused.

    For me lang, BE HONEST and tell the story to the interviewer. Just because na terminate ka it doesn't mean bati na jud ang imong record or performance sa previous company nimo. Accept that you had made a mistake by not filing a leave and your termination was unjustified. Simple ra na. And be confident about your stand nga dili fair ang imong termination, have a neutral tone ug ayaw pag hatag ug impression sa interviewer nga naa kay kasuko sa previous company nimo. Employers doesn't like to have an employee nga naay open grudge sa iyang previous company. Most importantly, let the interviewer know that you've learned from your mistake and will not do it again.

    naa ko question related sa AWOL2 ug TERM2.

    naka experience ko before nga same ta 1 day ra sad ko absent nga wala naka inform/leave then the next day kay ting sweldo na unta pero wala ko nadawat na sweldo then cge ko contact sa among TM pero di jud cya mu respond. ma reklamo ba na ang ing-ana??

    Hi guys.. iapil lang ni nako ug ask dinhi..

    This happened to my cousin..

    Nag-AWOL cya sa iyang previous company because she was really sick.
    Nag-sige pa cya call-in ato hangtod giingnan siya sa iyang Manager na no need to call in daw kay khibaw na sila sa iyang situation.. 2 weeks wala naka work akong cousin. Pagbalik niya, with the medcert and all, Terminated na diay siya! Nidawat na lang siya kay mao na man nakabutang sa iyang record. Wala na pud iyang access sa company.

    SO iyang question is, pwede pa ba siya mag-file ug resignation ug magpa-clearance sa company even if terminated na iyang status? Then, naa pa ba siya madawat na last pay ana?

    Magpa clearance ok ra na, ako gani nakapa clear pa man ko and ok ra man nila, but mo file og resignation i think dili na nila dawaton kay naka decide naman sila nga iremove na sya sa company. I don't know with the last pay, it's still up to the company nga nag terminate nya, in my part wala ko kadawat og last pay hehehe!
