    Nag file na meh og kaso ron ani guys, and maynta i-uli pud nila ang non-remitted nga benefits.. D mo malain ana, wala pa gani ko karegister sa Pag-Ibig ga cge na og deduct sa akong sweldo. Same na sa ubang gov't benefits wala jud giremit walay batasan, hastang australiano pud nga tag-iya kay wala puy mabuhat kay ang General Manager iyaha mang uyab.. Hooooh! Grabe oyyy, ma Karma unta sila anang ilang gipangbuhat..

    Hala murag kahibaw nako unsay name aneng companyaha aie ky ang GM uyab man kaha sa tag.iya... kung sakto ang companya na naa sa akong huna2x ky nakaapply nako aneh na company and na hire ko as an IT Staff unya neh back.out ko ky laliman ka while on training 200/day ra ang ehatag, paets... heheheh...

    Terminated due to AWOL - if the is in the company policy, then its beyond question. The question is, were you given a due process bag o ka gterminate. That's where DOLE can jump in.
    With regards sa interview, some good companies do background checking from previous employers, personal references - depende sa HR. Even if dili nimo ibutang sa imo resume ang company, HR can trace your employment back sa imo SSS/Pag-ibig records.
    I'm not HR but if I hire member of my team for critical positions, I require this from our recruitment dept.
    Ayaw kaproblema TS, apply lang gyapon. If ang company is fair, they will get both sides of the story so just be honest if they ask.

    Hehehehe!! iPM daw sa akoa boss kung unsa nga company ang naa sa imo mind hehehe, I can't disclose the name of the company because of one of the senior dev in that company is a regular istoryan hehehe!

    No due process that is why it is considered illegal, they don't even notify or gave a written reprimand since it's the first time it happened. Anyway, I'm already happy right now because I'm already hired as a Jr. Software Developer in a Japanese company. I included the previous company in my resume and honest with what happened to my termination, and they still considered me to be part of their company. I'm so thankful especially to those people here who gave their thoughts/ideas about my problem. Thanks Everyone!! ^___^

    depende ra nas kompanya kng i.taktak ka once mag.honest ka nig.interview...ako btaw twice na nag.awol sa BPO industry pro karon naa nq sa construction, way declare2 ang gpang.awolan....ang latest nkong awol ky training man kos dole nya 5 days straight nya duty nko sa BPO ato 10pm-8am nya naay OT pd sahay ug meeting2 after shift so ning.absent nlng jd kog 5 days straight ky konflik sa sked pd f ma.late sa isa ka topic sa training d mn ka tagaan sa imo certificate ky imo jud apilan ug balik sa sunod training day.....nya wa nko mobalik ky pag.hman nkog training apply2 mn ko daun sa mga construction firms

    Dapat sulti ka sa tinuod daan. Mas uwaw if sila pa mismo makahibaw sa imo atraso. Imo man sad na binuhatan so dapat ready ka sa consequences. Kahibaw ba ka nga ang mga HR sa company magshare notes na sila? Wa jud ka lusot if mangilad ka.
