Yup, ang TransAsia. She did not stop. According to transAsia, lisod na daw kun mu.U.Turn sila kai narrow ra kaau ang strait and they are afraid to run aground.

For me, liable ghapon ang TransAsia to some extent kai dapat nagrelease unta sila ug lifeboats or nanlabay ug life jackets into the water. I think wala ni nila gbuhat.

d man cguro kylangan mu u turn ang transAsia, ok ra muhunong ra cla then nanabang nlng unta cla like u mention mga lifeboats/jackets. mas daghan unta na luwas kysa patay mali lng pud cla, minutes away rman unta ang distance when the collision occured. In short, wla jud cla'y intention nga mutabang ky ma delay pud cla sa ila business.

Question: Naa ba'y balaod nga obliged jud ang mkadawat sa distress call nga mutabang? or if dli mutabang, punishable by law ba? - If wla, then safe ra ang transasia.

Even if it want to stop, transAsia could not stop on a dime. Dapat nan labay nalang jud to sila ug life saving gears into the water.

TransAsia said the strait is too narrow and, if stays in the area where the incident happened, its propellers could suck in the people that already in the water.

I think dunai law that govern ana, bro. In my observation, TransAsia was aware na dunai collision. The Captain of TransAsia was prudent in his decision but forgot one thing.

SOLAS V REGULATION 33 - Distress messages: Obligations and procedures

Basin mao ni inyo gipangita sa inyong mga pangutana.

Bro, Salamat kaau ani. I was searching for this.

In my point of view, base sa regulation, TransAsia failed her obligation to help a distressed ship(s).

"Obligation" man gud, meaning you MUST provide help bisag gamai man lang.

    TY vo2max.

    Fail jud ang transAsia ani:

    - The master of a ship at sea which is in a position to be able to provide
assistance on receiving a signal from any source that persons are in distress
at sea, is bound to proceed with all speed to their assistance

...apil ba pud kaha og ka preso or tanggalan og license ang transAsia capt ani?
