Mga fellow istoryan nga naay connection sa HR dept/ Legal consultant/ dept. of labor naa lang koy question bah.. is it just and right if an employee who turned positive on a drug test to be forced to enter rehab or else terminated without any separation pay?
P. S. ako lang klarohon daan ha... dili ni ako ang positive... employed pa tawn ko... and i never do drugs... a matured response is very much appreciated... thanks...
