well i just want to thread this topic bcoz now a days especially call center agents are into drugs..a lot of my friends are now into it and i know this is very rampant in almost all of the centers in the land...so how can we stop this? random drug tests will not help bcoz a lot of companies think that this is another cost for the company...well ive noticed that some of them that are high are very quite and some are always doing the "lunok2" thing..hehehehehe...

wrong post... ang agent diay pasabot ani? abi man nkuh ang caller... dili ko agree sa statement na "rampant in almost all centers"... morag padung naman ni sa storya nga, almost all agents are in to drugs.....
