10-15min - 12tbsps oats, 8tbsps whey , 2tbsp honey, multi vit, 1litre water!
2 hours after - white rice, tuna, 3whole eggs
the other meals scattered na within 3 hours during the shift, bahala na naay cx kaon dayn!! weeeeee pa baga ako trip ron so i dont care much sa unwanted fat kay murag wla mn ko ga tambok...hehehehe
