    i'm not sure if kenny rogers ang pasabot, but anha raman ko sa kenny rogers mupalit og burger sumtimes as a meal, ky whole wheat bread man ila gamit and ako lng ipa omit mayonnaise nuon...

    ok pud kau ila uban fud... order pud ko ani nila og roast chicken plate but i dnt eat d white rice though, ang grilled chicken breast ra ako tuyo hehe...

    what are ur goals man diay sir?are u starting to lift weights in a gym? the foods u mentioned above are already healthy foods naman. soda and fries are simple sugars. they can easily wreck havoc on ur insulin levels. high insulin levels makes ur body store more fat (correct me if im wrong guys.hehe). so for us na hilig ug lifting2x nya naningkamot to lose bodyfat and hopefully, maka 6 pack (intawn!!!) that's a big no no.

    Meal 1: 4 hard boiled eggs(white part only), Protein Shake.

    Meal 2: 2 kamote. Protein shakew/banana. (post workout meal)

    Meal 3: Veggies and Tuna, pero osahay veggies ra jud or tuna.

    Meal 4: Fruits

    Meal 5: Steam Chicken, osahay obanan og protein shake.

    Meal 6: 4 to 5 hard boiled eggs(white only) kaonon before 9pm.

    nay Wheat bread kong ganahan.

    just look at the ingredients when you look at peanut butter at SM. the ones that had all the good fats taken away have "palm oil" or some oil in their ingredient list. the ones that just say peanuts, salt, and sugar etc etc. are natural. i use the SM brand of peanut butter.

    Protein Shake:

    1 tbsp Peanut Butter
    1 banana
    1 scoop (30g) Psyllium Husk
    3 scoops (90g) Protein Powder (about 75g protein)
    22 oz water

    so good!
