    in my opinion, your supervisor or your immediate head has the right to know if you are really "fit to work". They are just concern with your health coz imagine for how many days ka nga absent!..don't feel that you are harass but think of the positive side pud as you've said jeepney ride is a torture for you then wala ta kibaw if kung mag dugay basin ug ma complicate nuon.. but at the end it's your decision to make but tambag nako go to your doctor nalang jud siya ray maka tubag if "fit to work" ba jud ka..hehe

    ga-work na ko balik uy..hehe Jan 14 man gud ko napakog then absent ko for 7days, 23 na ko kabalik work. i just needed that rest kay makaya na man jud nako since late October kay gapaayo na man lang ko sa mga samad nga naipit sa disc. human na man ko therapy gud.

    di na siya concern, in fact wa na siya pakialam. di nako in-ani pag-take iya pag-ask of FIT TO WORk kung kabalo jud ko nga ga-care siya nako. Iya ra kaugalingon stats iya gihuna-huna which is practical pero kung unta kato pag-LOA nako iya pa gi-process ang mga dapat niya i-process or e-follow up, i would say OK na unta ko pagbalik nako ato September. partly, naa gud pud siya pagpabaya. di na lang ko mu-specify kung unsa.

    i don't think it is harassment. they just need you to issue a 'fit to work', that's all. considering that you have been in and out of the office because of what you have been through, they need proof that you are really able. what if something happens to you in the office? who's to blame because they allowed you to work? at least kung dili makahatag ang doctor, they will recommend you nga mag LOA or SL una. Unsaun man nimo ang sweldo kung mas dako pa ang imong mabayran kung maunsa ka kaysa ma-absent ka ug pila ka adlaw to allow yourself to fully heal then go back to work nga ok na gyud. right?
