Ang production man gud ang affected if cge ug absent ang isa ka employee maski unsa pa na reason. You should have taken the LOA before maski walay sweldo at least limpyo imu status sa company and your absence won't count sa production. Lahi man gud ang computation sa productivity if absent ka ug if leave ka. Cympre i-prefer dyud sa company ang leave kay dili mocount ang employee to the total number of manpower. Don't think about it too much, just go to your doc and tell him that your company requested a med cert specifying that you are fit to work then submit it to the company,end of story na dayon na.
