    Boss in my opinion, I guess sakto ra dyud ng i-require ka to produce a document signed by a medical expert stating that you are fit to work. Ang production man gud ang affected if cge ug absent ang isa ka employee maski unsa pa na reason. You should have taken the LOA before maski walay sweldo at least limpyo imu status sa company and your absence won't count sa production. Lahi man gud ang computation sa productivity if absent ka ug if leave ka. Cympre i-prefer dyud sa company ang leave kay dili mocount ang employee to the total number of manpower. Kalimut nako sa terms pero gidiscuss na sauna ato TL pa ko sa Call center before.

    Try to secure lang dyud boss to comply. And igna pud na imu TL nga makigstorya nimu oi. Bad breath na sya?

    ga-LOA ko ato August. mao na ako gi-ingon nga 1 month.. naa na man ko FIT TO WORK issued sa ako doctor. ako doctor kay kabalo biya sa process sa call center.. anad na siya, kabalo man gani siya og "call in" nga term..hehe

    Don't think about it too much, just go to your doc and tell him that your company requested a med cert specifying that you are fit to work then submit it to the company,end of story na dayon na. Though na bothered ka sa ila gipangayo, dli mana harrassment. They just want to have it on record jud na fit to work na ka. If kato man gud na mu sud gihapon ka nya naa tyms mag absent2x japun ka kay mag sakit2x pa sometimes imo likod, that was an indication na kato na time dli pa jud ka fit to work, to be honest lang. Gipugos lang to nimo kay like you said lisud kaayo if wla ka work. If you are given the approval na you're fit to work na by your doc, that would mean na ok na jud ka and dli naka mag cge absent2x kay cge ug balik2x imo sakit. Ako ra pud na opinion
