it is always good to ask sa policy sa store or service providers like rappletech before nimo i paayo ur items.
and every stores have it's OWN SET OF RULES AND POLICY to protect their interest and their customers.
and as long as dili mulapas sa balaod sa Constitution sa pilipinas, legal na.

Mas maau sa sunod ug naa ka reklamo make sure sad naa ka ebidensya nga ma basihan. Lisod man kaau mo accuse ka then wala ta basis sa imong accusation except for your words. Hearsay naman gud na.
Besides if you did had the receipt I think this could have been easily solved. RappleTech did reply to your post right? This is what you wanted, to be able to get your laptop back but all you did was more ranting.
Lastly, all I can say is treat people with respect.

Elaborate what kind of customer servicing they lack.
They maybe lacking of customer service (what can you expect most big companies who have HR's also lacks customers service) but this doesn't mean that the repair department is the same with the customer service. What you can do is have more patience or bring your thing to another repair shop.
There are customers who demands something which the customer service can't do or give and then brand them as poor in customer service.
You may have a point but normally customer's wouldn't mind asking. Might as well be proactive in letting the customer know the policy or agreement both parties will be having. Same as booking flights where the staff will inform/review to the customer what to expect out of his/her purchase.
