    it is always good to ask sa policy sa store or service providers like rappletech before nimo i paayo ur items.

    and every stores have it's OWN SET OF RULES AND POLICY to protect their interest and their customers.

    and as long as dili mulapas sa balaod sa Constitution sa pilipinas, legal na.

    sir, dakog au kog salig nmo sir kay ikaw ang naka au sa ako ubn parts sa ako pc, eventho naa pud wala pru wala ko nmo pabaira sa katong wala maayo nmo. this happens mga last 3 weeks na. nitawag ko kay magpaayo napud ko. sa tisa ninyo na branch ngita ko nimo asta pud did2 sa labangon pru nilakaw daw ka n i want to speak to u directly kay basin pwede ra ako maka fix sa prob, kay kng dili ako ihatod dha ang laptop kay naa prob, unsa man pagka unsaha, gkataw.an man nuon kos babae naktubag dha sa tisa branch ninyo.. g.ingnan man nuon ko " UNSAY IKAY MAKA AYO" gkatawan ko sa babae asta ng mga staff dha naka dungon baya kos bckground perting buhak2x murag dgrading man au ng staff ninyo dha sir.. kng naa pa tingali ko dha sir sa a2bangan ana inyo staff ako na tingali ng ghapak ug laptop pra makamao na mo respitar ug tao..

    Besides if you did had the receipt I think this could have been easily solved. RappleTech did reply to your post right? This is what you wanted, to be able to get your laptop back but all you did was more ranting.

    Lastly, all I can say is treat people with respect.

    Believe in Karma cutie111 but if you don't... naa ra nimo... tan-awa asa na padong ang storya nimo.

    Elaborate what kind of customer servicing they lack.

    They maybe lacking of customer service (what can you expect most big companies who have HR's also lacks customers service) but this doesn't mean that the repair department is the same with the customer service. What you can do is have more patience or bring your thing to another repair shop.

    There are customers who demands something which the customer service can't do or give and then brand them as poor in customer service.

    You may have a point but normally customer's wouldn't mind asking. Might as well be proactive in letting the customer know the policy or agreement both parties will be having. Same as booking flights where the staff will inform/review to the customer what to expect out of his/her purchase.
