    1. Responsibilidad sa shop UG customer nga makabao sa policy
    2. Sarcasm won't get you anywhere.
    3. If gareklamo ka nga di na makuha ang laptop, ngano wala na man ang recibo? unsa man diay imo gi-da sa rapple pagsuway ug claim sa unit?
    4. bisag dile ihatag nila ang unit magamit pa man to ang recibo kung mureklamo ka sa DTI or bisag owner man lang gani sa shop.

    @TS: You just joined istorya.net para i-voice moha reklamo and to let other istoryans know about what happened? Pero you should have proof kay it's like its your word against the owner's word.

    This forum is not the proper venue to voice out whatever issues you have with the computer repair shop. Why won't you go to the shop nawonga ang tag-iya adto mo maglalis o maghusay. Imoha gidaut ang reputation nya as a business owner and his business kay ne mention ka sa name sa shop. Mas dako ang damage moha gibuhat compared sa value sa item nyoha gipa-ayo ngadto.

    Here is my personal experience with the computer repair shop...

    1. First time nagpa-ayo mi ngadto I found his thread dire s istorya puro man positive ang feedback adto ko... gadali mi ato kay i need the computer fixed kay gamiton nako sa ako work homebased... Adto mi like lunch time nakuha og 5 or 6pm. Pasalamat ko nya nakawork jud ko pgka-gabi-e

    2. Then next ako lalabs, ngpa-ayo pud ngadto we need it done rush kuha japon pagka-hapon.

    3. I referred a friend sa ako lalabs pa-ayo yaha computer ngadto, it was fixed.

    Of all the instances 3 out of 3 na-ayo jud and wala mi issues after that. This happened years ago na... Ang owner man jud mangunay og ayo labi na delikado or yaha expertise...

    dali rani para tagam ning mga way ayo nga customer, request sa modz kuha sa IP address anang customera na dayon gamita ni na link sa ubos para ma locate asa na sya ga type ani na post. after ani mabaw-an na iya ISP, pede ra nimo contakon iya ISP for the exact address using this thread as your legal action plan.
