Why should i spread just the positive when the matter of the fact is mostly are negative
I always tell my friends the company is fine. It is normal
but dont expect too much as this company cant really help
I always say what they need to expect and these are the things ive been saying
Including the fact about misleading contracts

night differentials start at 10pm to 6am not including your lunch break. If your shift starts at a later time, that's another factor why your night diff is not enough to pay for your taxes. Try asking those who have shift that starts at 10pm. You will see what im talking about.

You mean by doing this makes you different from them? Imagine you got your family and own house to prepare for your food and iron your clothes. These people from Manila might have grown in a family with yayas or they're used to not doing things that you are not doing.

You can say a lot of bad things about those people. PANGHINAMAY TAMAN SA TAMAN. They can also say a lot of things about you too. But it doesnt mean that TP doesnt pay them well, bottomline, it's not TPs fault all the time.

Reserve your personal opinion about people okay, because you are talking about people with more experience about the job. So if they will listen to your calls, are you ready to be judged the way you judged them here?

I like TP and i've been saying that ever since
I just dont like the fact of how sugarcoated TP has been
and how Recruitment never set expectations both towards the pay and the contract
not to mention how words were played in comparison to the original job offer and contract

I have been told by my direct supervisor to stop this na. Atleast my TL is TWO SIDED
Understands both side and atleast gives us Hopes and Expectations

People from TP management are already alerted by how bad they smell here in cebu
just right after how sugarcoated they were when they announced theyre expanding here in cebu

I heard some good news coming from BigBoss I's personal interaction towards the issues running within TP
including the deeply expressed disappointments posted from Istorya.net

I cant disclose the info yet since It isnt confirmed. I dont want to give False Hopes
What I need to know now is... would it be good enough to stop the Mass Resignation expected right after 13th Month Pay?

Customer Rules? As Stella Briones told me, its not your money, so just give them what they want. Hala ka dha! is that how business should be?? no wonder customers keep caling and calling irate and just asking for credits. Because we just give it because its not our money.

I have kids and bills to pay, resigning was not an easy decision to make. But if coming to work every morning already becomes a drag, its no longer worthy. Sayang ang company because it has potential, but for as long as they keep the same management and operations team ul lose people. 13th month pay ra nga kakarampot ang gpaabot sa uban, and expect a mass resignation.

to all the tp employees who arent happy, find better opportunities as early as now. pasagdi na ang mga sipsip. let them dominate. daghan pang callcenters and other jobs. other companies arent even threatened having TP around.

Oooopsss, If you have VTO it doesnt mean HR is not worried about attrition. It has a lot of explanations why Ops goes VTO. One, could be true that the account is closing. Two, the company is trying to protect the account's revenue....So you have to know first which is which before starting to use VTO negatively again.
