but i have to disagree with you
being a performer or not is not the primary reason why a person gets promoted
it is a PLUS though, if you are a performer, but assessment of the current Non-Agents are the main scorecard
it is subjective so to speak but it is true
Mostly, these BOOT CAMPS, as these non-agent people talk about, are actually the deliberation of the applicants
its all about how you sell yourself, show your skills and shine if you can
but the negative part is, kiss-ass if you dare, but it would still be subject for deliberation
and i'd like to say YOSH is a good SME... except for the attitude-minimal mood swings. and sometimes he's a flirt LOL. no details to elaborate =p
