    2. Philippine Health Insurance (Republic Act 7875).
    3. Home Development Mutual Fund [Pag-ibig Fund (Republic Act 7835).
    4. 13th Month Pay – Based on Presidential Decree No. 851
    5. Service Incentive Leave – According to Article 95 of the Labor Code of the Philippines
    6. Meal and Rest Periods - According to Article 83 of the Labor Code of the Philippines (Breaks and Lunch)
    7. Night Shift Differential – According to Article 86 (No Less Than 10%)

    Pag yawyaw mo kung dili legal. NGANONG inyong gipirmihan ang CONTRACT if wla mo miuyon?

    - sure nka ana? try checking the performance of two gays na gakuyog kyog ni dutz kanang blonde ug kanang isa.. (IAN & YOSH) they took the SME exam FREETIME.. pro ang ka2ng uban ni take kay 15 mins ra for a 50 items exam.. pro originally in manila it shud be 30 mins exam. SEE how nila g.manipulate tanan? and ka2ng isa ka bayot(YOSH) na sipsip kay naa issue sa HR.. silang duha ni master chen kanang MC na insik.. pro look what happen.. he got promoted kay gilabanan ni SAM ug DUTZ.. hahahahaah! not to mention BOTTOM PERFORMERS na sila.

    Think before you call us names kay you're just showing us na you're one of them.

    but i have to disagree with you

    being a performer or not is not the primary reason why a person gets promoted
    it is a PLUS though, if you are a performer, but assessment of the current Non-Agents are the main scorecard
    it is subjective so to speak but it is true
    Mostly, these BOOT CAMPS, as these non-agent people talk about, are actually the deliberation of the applicants
    its all about how you sell yourself, show your skills and shine if you can
    but the negative part is, kiss-ass if you dare, but it would still be subject for deliberation

    and i'd like to say YOSH is a good SME... except for the attitude-minimal mood swings. and sometimes he's a flirt LOL. no details to elaborate =p

    mao dyud diay suko si Lord sah? patilawon lang ug haruhay mangita na dayon ug rason para increase kalipay kai lagi di na makuntento ug unsai gihatag. usa ramai sulusyon ana ug reklamo mo kai daghan trabaho. undang mo. pwerteng kadaghan tawo sa cebu nangandoy manarbaho, yamat nalan gani mo naa mo.

    mao nai mentality diri sa pilipinas. no wonder wai investors mu bubu ug puhunan diri. brayt gud mga pinoy. kwentadora maski sa pinaka mubo na sintabos. hehehehe.

    iparehas pa lang ni sa states. kana bang per contract basis, performance based aron matugkaran ug kaulaw ug kahadlok ning mga trabahante. di man gud na pwede makuha nimo ang duha ka butang. naa man dyud nai isakripisyo. kung ganahan kag sweldo, trabaho ang ihatag sa imo. wai trabaho na hayahay.

    uhm you're like telling pinoys to just accept what they give us. mao ning barat kaayo ang employers coz they think our rate is fine.

    i disagree na walay investors mu bubu ug puhunan. sa kadaghang BPOs na diri syaro wala ka kafeel? mao bitaw naa sila diri coz the rates are very low including the taxes. baga lang jud silag nawng na hatagan ang pinoy employees og gamay kaayog rates knowing na agents ang frontliners.
