    oh dont listen to Don Sausa and Randy Redden when they do their class visitsorr answer your questions on why the pay is so small, no hazard pay, and no allowances and why you have to pay for medical clearance... they dont know anything...

    all theyre good at is to sugar coat what TP isnt... and all theyll do is showcase their game room... hala haaa...dli nlng callcenter, ACTIVEZONE extension nalang.... bleh!

    Adah....pang third call center na naq ang Teleperformance and as far as I observed, dili man buta ang management team, which means that if you're performing well you will be promoted!,; if you're not performing well they will give you a chance; and after giving that chance if you will not perform, why expect for more benefits! Ikaw ba kung naa kay tindahan nya imong tindira walay maayong customer service so customers will go to a different store, will you give an increase sa imong tindera? Absolutely NOT! haskang BUGUA aning mga yawyawang dako! during our Jb Orientation TP offered me 14+2k experience premium and LET ME DECIDE wether to ACCEPT OR DECLINE. Sa mga naa sa TP nga nagbagulbol: WHY DID YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT IN THE FIRST PLACE nga nkabalo man mo nga mao rana ang naa sa CONTRACT? ahhh...maybe WLA KASABOT KAY ENGLISH? then why did you not ask Recruitment to translate the contract? Why did you leave your previous company and signed the contract and keep on murmuring about TP? Idiot! And why some people that haven't been to TP keep on murmuring TP? I was once a murmurer of TP BEFORE I joined TP kay mao lagi KUNO gamay ug pa-sweldo then when I joined TP I realized that TP is just fair! Mao ra ni ang gi-require sa Labor Code of the Philippines:
    1. Social Security Sytem (Republic Act No. 8282).
    2. Philippine Health Insurance (Republic Act 7875).
    3. Home Development Mutual Fund [Pag-ibig Fund (Republic Act 7835).
    4. 13th Month Pay – Based on Presidential Decree No. 851
    5. Service Incentive Leave – According to Article 95 of the Labor Code of the Philippines
    6. Meal and Rest Periods - According to Article 83 of the Labor Code of the Philippines (Breaks and Lunch)
