    Exp. Premium = 88*11.49 = 1,011.12
    TOTAL 1st pay out = 8,091.6

    2nd half pay-out
    TOTAL WORK HOURS : 96 hours

    Basic Pay : 96 * 80.46 = 7,724.16
    Exp. Premium = 96 * 11.49 = 1,103.04
    TOTAL 2nd Pay out = 8,827.20
    TOTAL PAY OUT for NOV = 16,918.8/**/ SUBJECT TO TAX, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig


    The reason why there are a lot of people being stupid enough to complain to a BLOG rather than being professional enough to talk to someone who can make them understand is their lack of understanding and IGNORANCE!

    Sige mog reklamo na mao ni ani, mao ni ana.... pero ang ending sa kadugay na ninyo anang gipanghambog ninyong convergys, sykes, teleperformance, accenture... AGENT MAN LAGI GIHAPON MO HANGTOD KARON?

    Customer Rules? As Stella Briones told me, its not your money, so just give them what they want. Hala ka dha! is that how business should be?? no wonder customers keep caling and calling irate and just asking for credits. Because we just give it because its not our money.

    I have kids and bills to pay, resigning was not an easy decision to make. But if coming to work every morning already becomes a drag, its no longer worthy. Sayang ang company because it has potential, but for as long as they keep the same management and operations team ul lose people. 13th month pay ra nga kakarampot ang gpaabot sa uban, and expect a mass resignation.

    why HR isnt worried about their attrition? cge na gani sila VTO.

    to all the tp employees who arent happy, find better opportunities as early as now. pasagdi na ang mga sipsip. let them dominate. daghan pang callcenters and other jobs. other companies arent even threatened having TP around.
