ACCORDING TO MY SOURCES... A lot of the people who has "A LOT" to say about Teleperformance are not even employees of the company who are basing their hear say postings from people who were terminated from Teleperformance.

Most of the time people who have something BAD to say about a company can simply state 1 sentence and then period. Dili batasan sa tinuod nga cebuano na daghan chesmes pa kaayo ipangyawyaw human muhawa kay wa sila malipay sa companya.

Kasagaran maglinabad sa Cebu dili mga purely cebuano.. diri ra mo nanglanding para mangita ug trabaho and magsige ug claim na taga cebu mo, pero ang batasan ninyo dili CEBUANO.

Ang mga taw MASKI ASA PA GIKAN na companya daghang yawyaw masulti against any company... HELLO?! I owned my own call center and interviewed thousands of applicants coming from different call centers big or small... puro ra jud yawyaw... puro ra reklamo... puro chesmes, kung dili sweldo... about sa politika... kung dili sa politika, about sa benepisyo...

Ang isigeg bagolbol bitaw sa mga, itrabaho pa lang tawn ninyo ug tarong... matarong pa inyong life...

naa na diay gpangterminate ang TP cebu? lol. alangan naman sa TP manila nila nadunggan na? di man sad cguro tanan diri naay kaila didto. basaha gud nag tarong ang mga posts sa mga previous pages. those are actually coming from "actual employees." klaro jud kaayo na sa ilang mga posts bsag unsaon ug bali2x. first hand info jud na not just hearsays.

I think it is not how TP plays with words, but it is how stupid one can be to sign something they dont understand... and then in the end they will blame it to the company.

Every company before applicants are asked to sign... gives the applicants the chance to read the contract - Siguro di pud mo kaingon na gipugos mo ug pirma sa inyong mga contrata didto?

sir, ma`am, or whichever you are. if you read the 1st part, i did say nga sa training na namo nakuha ang contract. i know it is our own decision if mupadayon mi or not but the fact na ni invest na pud mi sa company, the decision wont be easy either.

read up miss we LEFT the company. wla mi na term.. d ni sya hoax/hearsays because kami mismo naa dd2 ka2ng time na nahappen na tanan.. and still happening.. LOL

stayed as an agent because the pay for the higher positions is still the same with the agents. LOL.. i have a friend who gt promoted bt still getting the same pay.. but loads of work hahahaha!

according to my sourceS(who are, in fact, still connected with TP), TP hired the best agents(mostly the pioneering ones) in Cebu but TP seemed to be one of the worst BPO industry...so what happened and/or what's going to happen is that these best agents are drifting off from the company because they feel they are not pampered by the company well enough and their skills were not compensated fairly or they are given less than what they deserve...so if this continues to happen, who are gonna be left in TP?? THE SO-SO AGENTS??

Hey y'all!!! we got a boss here ^^...*clap your hands everybody...everybody clap your hands...* I sense a sign of superiority complex here...underestimating the capabilities of the agents huh??QUESTION: is there a BPO industry without the agents?? never look down on the agents especially those who choose to remain in their positions(for all you know, mas dghan perks and bonuses ang agents and lesser work to do than those in the higher rank...), you don't have a single right to do that...the agents are the front liners in the BPO industry...they are the ones who can and/or will make or break the company...they are the ones who will speak with the customers, give solutions to the problems of the customers, attract the customers so that they will keep their service with the company, etc...can the owner/s, such as yourself, do that alone??without the presence of the agents??it goes to show that you are one of those bosses who does commands and demands only because of the profit and disregards the cry of your subordinates...no wonder you "owned" or should i say "used to own" a call center company but is now closed because you don't know how to handle your agents... you don't know how to run a company...*bato bato sa langit ang tamaan wag magalit...*
