    >Salary
    >savings(maybe kung tig save)
    >how to spread/spend the salary to cover one's own expenses or that of the family

    EMPLOYERS HAVE TO CONSIDER:

    >overhead costs
    >ways to save costs from non-income generating business units i.e. Accounting
    >haggle purchase prices with suppliers
    >give credit terms to buyers
    >maintain solvency or liquidity
    >balancing out Revenues against Expenses to make sure nga dili mu labaw ang expenses kaysa revenues
    >think of other ways to help the company save money for future expansion or in cases of dire need
    >THINK HOW to expand the business wherever there are opportunities
    >COMPLY with government regulations
    >SATISFY the needs of the customers to the extent possible BUT within the company's means
    >arbitrate internal struggles among employees(usually the work of HR but sometimes sila tig buhat kung grabe na)
    >spot anomalies within company, usually theft(especially when it comes to cash)
    >and daghan pa.

The employee sees only one tree out of the forest that is the big picture.

The emploYER MUST SEE the entire forest to make sure the big picture(which is viability and profitability of Company) is still possible/doable. Otherwise, if the amount of effort to earn PHP5000 thru a business venture is the same amount of effort in working for a call center, then might as well close shop and work in a call center. it's not logically sound to be going through all that stress and still earn the same amount of money.

    'nough said.
    well said.

likyam is only looking at a peephole not the entire picture of the business.
