Cardio exercise bai like running, swimming. Ang abs exercise will help to form the muscle but if you want to burn first the fats , do cardios. I highly recommend swimming if you know how to swim. I easily lose about 2 to 3 inches and counting through swimming in less than a month. I did competitive swimming 3x a week. Alternatively, u can do running. 3x a week sad. Also avoid fatty food if u can.
