    Default Best exercise for you


    whats your best form of exercise so far? and y man...

    ako, dagan sa taman (RUNNING)... economical, accessible and free... walay gasto kau... shoes lang and 2big... dalan dayon nga walay kahumanan... best cardiovascular exercise for me so far... i gained stamina and endurance jud...

    Mountain Biking.

    Para dili kaau grabe ang impact sa tuhod kontra sa running.

    For me anyway. I would have picked swimming pero dli man ko kbaw mo langoy.

    jogging ako.. mag jog ko sahai sa abellana.. d ko kakaya running ui..jog ra jud hinay pa jud..hehehe=)

    medyo taas na ko og hangin pero malunod pa jud gyapon ko sa swimming kay walay coordination hahahahaha...

    I love running/sprinting. Not jogging coz that's boring and there's point for me.
    I also love:
    belly dancing - coz it's a sensual type of exercise (that I can do alone).
    cycling - great for my legs.. Plus dad got me a good bike so I should use it hehe.
    speed roping - great for my heart, it's fun and I like the sound of it.
    basketball - as in shoot hoops in the backyard hehe.
    resistance training - toning.
    light weights - coz i don't wanna bulk up.
    walking the dog - coz my dog needs it.
    and I opt for the stairs instead of the escalator/elevator but I do like taking travelators coz they're fun!

    Jogging works for me. Gusto unta kog swimming, pero di man ko kahibaw mulangoy. Waah.
