tell that to those pro RH na sige ingon, go for RH cause we are overpopulated.

go with the flow, if this RH push through this will be an expensive case study just to realize we didnt solve overpopulation.

The present society is not open to that, believe me. the time will come when PMS becoming much more rampant then parents may agree RH rights to teen, that time will come if RH bill is enacted as law. This is what happening in th US decades of sexual revolution, much open na sila to PMS.

that gun analogy doesnt fit in RHB. i repeat that.

Bill seeking 100 percent health coverage being fast-tracked in House

MANILA, Philippines — The House Committee on Health is hastening the consolidation of 44 bills that seek to amend the National Health Insurance Act of 1995 in a move to ensure the 100-percent health insurance coverage of the populace in the next two years.

Bacolod Rep. Anthony Golez, the committee’s vice chairman and the head of the House body’s technical working group, vowed to come up with a consolidated bill proposing amendments to the PhilHealth law before Congress goes into recess on June 9.

“If passed, the expanded PhilHealth law may be one of the milestones of P-Noy’s second State of the Nation Address this July,” he said.

“All Filipinos are automatic members of Philhealth and so whether rich or poor, we are entitled or guaranteed a socialized health insurance,” he said.

Golez cited that the amended PhilHealth Law will be renamed as “Pinoy Health Insurance Law,” which according to him, seeks to address maternal and child health care issues.

Lawmakers are pushing for the inclusion of 14 million children and poor parents aged 50 to 59 years old as legal PhilHealth beneficiaries of their single working children under House Bills 655 and 2711.
this is good, in tandem with the RHB which with expansive education, population growth rate may be curb. kung magkadaghan ta og pag ayo, imagine, lugi dayon ang gobyerno.

BANG.... naa ba nakasaad sa RH Bill kay tungod na overpopulated ta.. ? no.. it's for economic reason. it is to slow down the population growth, not to stop it....

The problem with this kay depende man gud sa mood sa mga barangay captain. So dili pirme apil sa mga main programs....

Unlike if we make this into a law, government officials will be mandated to make it part of their development planning. They will be therefor FORCE BY LAW to provide these services dili lang depende sa ila mood....

The law will integrate MATERNAL HEALTH TO DEVELOPMENT PLANNING sa mga LGUs.

tan-awa naa man gani programa ani sauna, nganong dli man ni i continue? ngano kailangan pa man mag craft ug bill with many flaws?
Does access to contraceptives really affect a persons decision to engage in s3x?

Its education, upbringing and influences from friends nga mu shape sa person.... If two people really wanted to engage in s3x, is not having access to contraceptives really going to stop them from doing it?
