Usa bitaw ni purpose sa RH, i expand ang program sa family planning then mandatory ni sa government nga i provide ni nga serbisyo, of course with budget. Its a fact nga dili tanan barangay naka avail ani.

MANILA, Philippines — The House Committee on Health is hastening the consolidation of 44 bills that seek to amend the National Health Insurance Act of 1995 in a move to ensure the 100-percent health insurance coverage of the populace in the next two years.
Bacolod Rep. Anthony Golez, the committee’s vice chairman and the head of the House body’s technical working group, vowed to come up with a consolidated bill proposing amendments to the PhilHealth law before Congress goes into recess on June 9.
“If passed, the expanded PhilHealth law may be one of the milestones of P-Noy’s second State of the Nation Address this July,” he said.
“All Filipinos are automatic members of Philhealth and so whether rich or poor, we are entitled or guaranteed a socialized health insurance,” he said.
Golez cited that the amended PhilHealth Law will be renamed as “Pinoy Health Insurance Law,” which according to him, seeks to address maternal and child health care issues.
Lawmakers are pushing for the inclusion of 14 million children and poor parents aged 50 to 59 years old as legal PhilHealth beneficiaries of their single working children under House Bills 655 and 2711.
kinsa lagi musugot ana lagi tagaan ang ilang anak ug contraceptives? kung mangayo ang usa ka teen ug condom, padung gyud na *** di ba? that clause you saying is useless.
depende pud guro na kung girl or boy lagi ang anak, lisod man guro mo yes ka kung girl imong anak. tinuod naa gyud parents way pakiaalam but i think daghan gyud ang responsible parents. The present society is not open to that, believe me. the time will come when PMS becoming much more rampant then parents may agree RH rights to teen, that time will come if RH bill is enacted as law. This is what happening in th US decades of sexual revolution, much open na sila to PMS.
that gun analogy doesnt fit in RHB. i repeat that.
local man na. but, like family planning, your choice
btw, how'd you know that they are just all talk? maybe they support the bill because they work closely with the marginalized sectors in our society and they know how important information dissemination regarding family planning is?
