Waki Waffles is a Cebu-based business that targets everyone who wants a quick snack or dessert. They serve authentic Belgian waffles using the best imported ingredients available – even the waffle irons come straight from Belgium. It is the brain child of Wayne and Pia Congmon, who are also partners for Cable Car and Kaona Grill
Know your waffles
There are two kinds of waffles: the light and crispy Brussels waffle and the soft and chewy Liége waffle.

Liége Waffle is a dough-based waffle with a cake-like consistency. It contains pearl sugar crystals, which is only made in Belgium. This gives the waffle an interesting caramelized texture as you take a bite.
You have the freedom to choose which type of waffle you want and go crazy with the toppings or be safe and choose from their Waki waffle menu. Your Waki Waffles are made to order by their well-trained waffle bakers.
Branches
Their 1st branch is at SM City Cebu North Wing and their 2nd branch is at Active Zone Ayala Center Cebu which was launched last July 18, 2014.
The Story Behind the Name
Waki Waffle got its name from Wayne & Pia's son, Waki. Wayne loves waffles so much and it brings back childhood memories of his grandmother preparing waffles for him.
