Leading developer in VisMin Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) starts the year with solid reservation sales by selling out all three towers of the first residential development in Davao Global Township (DGT) in 4 days, generating a record Php4.068 billion in sales.
The first among many launches in 2022, The East Village at DGT is the first residential development in the township. With over 2,000 residential unit offerings spread across the 6-tower vertical village. The newly launched and sold-out three towers with 1,087 units will break ground in Q2 2022, scheduled for completion in Q3 2026.
The newly launched three towers of The East Village with 1,087 units were entirely sold out in 4 days, generating a record Php 4 billion in sales. The East Village is a 6-tower vertical village and is the first residential development in CLI’s first estate Davao Global Township (DGT).
The East Village and DGT are both projects of YHEST Realty Development Corporation, CLI’s joint venture with the Yuson, Huang, and Tan families belonging to the established Villa-Abrile clan of Davao.
The six-tower vertical East Village masterplan, offering connectivity, sustainability, and accessibility, is designed by Aidea, the number 1 ranked firm in the Philippines and ranked #39 globally with 800 projects in over 60 countries. The residential units are studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units with 22.3 sqm to 75 sqm. Prices range from P118,800/sqm. to P150,000/sum for the first three towers.
With a 1.8-hectare footprint, The East Village building plan provides residents safe, open spaces and outdoor-focused facilities. Amenities include playgrounds, a basketball court, lap pool, jogging paths, gardens, parks, and a chapel.
Along with a lifestyle mall and cultural center, the East Village is part of Phase 1 of the 22-hectare DGT, the first and largest premier central business district of Davao City. The township’s land development which includes utilities and road network, is nearing 100% completion.
According to Jose Soberano III, CLI CEO, “DGT will mark the coming of age of Davao City among Southeast Asia’s key cities.” The master plan was awarded “Best Township in Asia” by the prestigious PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2021.

The 22-hectare Davao Global Township will be the first and premier central business district of Davao City. The land development, including utilities and road network, is nearing 100% completion. Phase 1 of the township consists of The East Village, a lifestyle mall DGT City Center, and DGT Cultural Center.
Part of DGT’s Phase 1 is the P700 million lifestyle mall called the DGT City Center, which will be a landmark destination presenting an array of retail, restaurant, and entertainment choices. It will feature dynamic alfresco spaces and lush indoor gardens offering worry-free strolling and shopping. To complement this is the P200 million DGT Cultural Center with showrooms, museum spaces, a theater, and a function room that can hold up to 250 people.
The DGT Cultural Center, DGT City Center, and The East Village showcase the best of Filipino and international design, making the township a global masterpiece.
CLI is developing other townships, including the 100-hectare Minglanilla Techno Techno Business Park (Ming-Mori) in Cebu, the 14-hectare Manresa Town in CDO, and more future estate projects in Cebu and Bacolod.
