As the moms strolled through the various stalls, the kids were kept entertained either by multiple fun-filled activities led by the clowns, stilt walkers, balloon twisters and magicians or they were kept busy jumping and wading in a huge inflatable filled with multiple colored balls.
With the glorious sunshine and cool breeze, families had a great time relaxing on strategically located picnic tables and picnic mats while feasting on delectable treats and ice cold quenchers as they looked on at the cooking demonstration lead by Chef "Steve" Shrimski of Canvas Bistro Bar Gallery. Everyone was thrilled as he asked a couple of kids to be little chefs in assisting him in creating the perfect pastry for mom’s special day.
Happening every Sunday for the month of April, the Oakridge Business Park’s Summer Market is open from 8am to 2pm.
