The restaurant serves modern European cuisine in tapas-style servings and offers private spaces that can accommodate up to 11 guests at the Chef’s Table, to bigger groups of 50 at The Cabin and up to 150 for standing canapés and cocktails.
They also bring their dining experience to celebrations at your preferred location such as in the comforts of home with their outside catering service. Bespoke services are available for a minimum of 40 guests with two weeks prior arrangements required.
Set Holiday Menu for December
Head chef Jamie Doe has prepared a special set menu for all merry makers.
For starters, choose from Prawn Cocktail with dill dressing, sun dried tomato, and sourdough crisps or Chicken Liver Parfait with onion jam and homemade brioche loaf.
Main entrées include familiar favourites on the menu but with the season’s twist. Delight in the Roasted Turkey Breast with confit turkey leg, pork & cranberry stuffing, pickled red cabbage, turkey jus or Pork Cutlet with caramelized apples, sage crumble, and pickled carrots.
To finish, indulge in an Earl Grey Chocolate Mousse with bergamot parfait, Sticky Toffee with Christmas pudding ice cream, or Treacle Tart with brandy cream anglaise.
Jason Atherton Comes to Town on December 27
Always much-awaited is the Cebu visit of Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton. Chef Jason Atherton has 17 restaurants globally spread out in London, New York, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Dubai, and Sydney, four of which have been awarded with a coveted Michelin Star - Pollen Street Social, Social Eating House and the City Social in London, and The Clocktower in New York City. His first venture in the Philippines is in Cebu City, as a love letter to his Cebuana wife, Irha.
