Golden Prince Hotel's al fresco entertainment outlet, the Lanai Resto-Bar recently launched its new menu which a nod to bigger servings, higher quality food, with head chef Marlou Almasco at the helm and the new outlet manager Robinson Belhida. Cocktails were also highlighted adding a couple more variants to the bar's existing choices.
A new line of wines will also be available from now on, all to be had while enjoying weekly live entertainment.
Some highlights from the launch were the Wagyu Tower Burger, made with a 0.25 lb wagyu beef patty and served with thick fried potato wedges. Meaty nachos, the Sisig in a tortilla shell and the innovative danggit Aglio olio pasta were some of the bestsellers while the Golden Prince footlong was also one of the most satiating. Cocktails on display included the Inday-colada, Magellan's Margarita, Lapu-Lapu Sunrise, and the Golden Basil Gimlet.
