      On Father’s Day (June 17), indulge in a 21 day, dry-aged Prime Beef Wellington using meat from Suffolk, England which serves ten and is available for pre-order until June 12. Head Chef Karl Emsen pairs this traditional British dish with creamy truffle mashed potatoes and honey-glazed carrots.


      For the whole month of June, delight the palate with The Pig & Palm’s beautifully-marbled 35 day, dry-aged Prime Ribeye Steak served with peppercorn sauce and triple-cooked chips on the side for Php 1,500. Available for lunch and dinner.


      Chef Jason Atherton has four restaurants awarded with a Michelin Star - Pollen Street Social, Social Eating House and the City Social in London, and The Clocktower in New York City. The Pig & Palm has been hailed as one of the Top 20 Restaurants in the Best Restaurants Guide for 2018 by T. Dining.
