The owners of the salon first came to Cebu in August last year as tourists. During their visit, they decided to open Vi Vogue in Cebu. Tomoya Sato, Junki Tanikawa, and Yuki Tanaka’s vision for Vi Vogue is to incorporate Japanese culture into business. With that, they offer a make-up retouch area aside from salon services. Make-up has become a big part of Japanese culture, which is why many places in Japan have a retouch room for ladies. In the future, they intend on bringing hair-related machines to Cebu.
Vi Vogue is open from 10 AM to 9 PM on Sundays through Thursdays. On Friday and Saturday, they are open from 10 AM to 10 PM. It is located at Meerea High Street, Ouano Avenue, North Reclamation Area, Mandaue City. (Janna Yuvallos)
