AboitizLand launches Anila, Amoa’s Newest Enclave

With an eye on solidifying its foothold as the premier real estate developer in Cebu, AboitizLand is all set to launch its third and latest enclave inside its most recent residential development, Amoa.

Called Anila, which in Sanskrit means wind, AboitizLand highlights the enclave’s close proximity to the ocean where thewind can be felt the most. With a total area of seven (7) hectares filled with lush, open spaces, it is the third phase of the development to be launched following Samira and Surya.

Where Life Means More, and Where More is Ours

Inspired by traditional Filipino residences fused with minimalist conventional architecture, Amoa traces the root of its name to the Visayan word “amo-a” which means “ours.”

Launched in October 2015, Amoa is part of Aboitizland’s current portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use development projects. The 60-hectare residential development located in Brgy. Tamiao, Compostela, Cebu has induced a deep feeling of pride and ownership in the community north of Cebu, with its wide vistas, rolling terrain, networked open areas, and rain gardens that occupy nearly half of its land area.

After the introduction of the development’s first phase called Samira in 2015, Amoa’s excellent sales take-up allowed AboitizLand to proceed with the next stage the following year, called Surya (Sanskrit for “sun”) which offered stunning views of the hills and the sea.
