Vento is… Smart. Equipped with the Bugatti's B Chef app for tablets and smartphones, it is not only an endless recipe collection, but an assistant to make recipes perfectly every time. B Chef can set speeds and timings of the blender for you, assuring recipes with professional results for both the home and professional users. To prepare more complicated recipes, more than one blender can be used at the same time.


Vento is… a power blender. Its innovative DC Brushless motor guarantees 57% more torque than traditional AC motor power blenders. Thanks to this increased torque, it can maintain the set speed even when under strain, without losing performance; this gives maximum control of preparations and allows to work with the most difficult mixtures. From kneading to chopping, from smoothies to pureed soups that reach 85°C/185° F in only 8 minutes, it can satisfy modern needs of healthy and natural food. This makes Vento an extremely versatile product, which allows to prepare numerous recipes and makes it the ideal tool for today's nutritional needs - gluten free, vegan and raw vegan - but also for those of us who are inspired by traditional dishes or who need to prepare baby food. Compared with the AC motors used in traditional power blenders, it can save up to 33% of the energy consumes and it is also strong and silent - perfect for public places such as bars, patisseries, juice bars and restaurants, but also for caterers and other professionals.

Other features include… the Bugatti B Blade Patented System, designed to offer high performance and durability. The blades are made of a special steel alloy, and have been hardened. Perfect sharp for preparing just about anything. The BPA-free polycarbonate high-resistance jar is easy to use, can be placed in 4 different positions and can also be used as a serving jar. Furthermore it is equipped with the B Safety System, unique in its category, which automatically turns the blender off when the lid is removed from the jar. The functions are regulated through a "proximity touch display" control panel with 7 pre-set programmes, and a choice of up to 60 speeds selected by a joystick, as well as a pulse function. The patented stirrer stick with integrated thermometer is included, which allows to control recipe temperatures during preparations (dimensions: Ø 25 × h 51 cm). A recipe book is included.
