For the main course, try either the hanger steak or the confit of pork belly. Both are sinfully good. The Hanger steak is prepared according to how you want it (mediu, rare, medium rare, or medium well) it comes with ravioli stuffed with spinach & shrimp. As for the confit of pork belly, enjoy the tenderness of the pork meat, it is drizzled with a sweet soy reduction and served with mango salsa and poached egg.


For dessert, let dad have a slice of caramel macchiato ice cream cake. He surely deserves it today. You can also have a slice too.
