Savor the flavours from the neighbouring islands, starting with the appetizers from Luzon such as Bagnet Lato Salad and Pescado Con Mayonesa; Tapa Baboy Damo and Fish Chicharon from Mindanao and from the Visayas; Crispy Squid Ring Ilonggo Style and Kinilaw na Isda with Black Beans and Red Egg, and lot more.

Main course includes Pancit Luglug, Morcon and Bicol Express from Luzon; Kansi, Lambay na May Mais ug Gata and Lenggua Ilonggo from the Visayas and from Mindanao--Sampay na Manok, Buho, Satti with Maranao Curry Broth and Pinangat na Isda.

Make your way to the Carving Station for Ilonggo Manok Inasal, Crispy Tuna Buntot and Lechon de Cebu. You can also sample street food favorites such as Balot, assorted barbecues, fish and squid ball, Ginabot, Kwek-kwek and Taho.
