ask lng ko master bah...do i really need to reset my BIOS wen installing a different OS

example:

from win xp to linux ubuntu..

or pwde ra dile nko ireset mga master??

we'll sa karon underdevelopement pa na tanan mga software sa M$ to run on linux pero mga developers is more bc on working sa mga software nga gipanghisgotan nimo nga for linux na gyud...temporarily i would suggest if gusto gyud ka makadiscover og bagong environment nga free lang try to have my copy of ubuntu and then install wine..works well on PS7.....CS.....WOW.....gai lang ko mail add nimo pwede bisag asa nimo e-ad kung concern ka sa security(pero di man ko mandumog...hhahaha)....kung video editing sa karon CINERELLA , KINO pa ang promising nga akong nahibaw-an for video editing and AUDACITY for audio........ok ra ciguro basta wala figure nga mogawas sa akong bulsa
